AboutOur Founder
Meet Olivia, the Owner and Creator of Shop Adelise. Growing up in a house with three younger sisters, she was always the stylist before school, and the judge of all pageants held on the front porch. Fashion was something that always came effortlessly, and the thought of owning her very own boutique was merely a dream. Fast forward many years of working businesses that didn’t ever fully fill the void, and the birth of her two beautiful daughters Emery Adele & Ivy Elise, the time had come to pursue something that lit her true passion on fire. Through hard work and a desire to curate unique pieces at affordable prices, Shop Adelise was born.

Return Policy
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.
All items being returned must be postmarked within 14 days of being delivered. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with tags still attached. Items with pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or odors will not be accepted. Return or exchange shipping is at the expense of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Please use the contact form and include your order number to initiate a return or exchange.
WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED ?
Items not eligible for return include ALL sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, and any items purchased using 30% discount code or greater. Swimwear is also final sale for hygiene reasons.
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED! WHAT NOW ?
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please reach out within 24 hours to contact@shopadelise.com so that we can assist you with a return label.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT ?
Once your return has been received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. The amount of your Store Credit will only be for the item(s) purchased and does not include the shipping charge. Please allow 3-5 days after the return is received for your store credit to be delivered. We want you to love your purchase, so if you have any questions at all regarding sizing or style help, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated by weight. All orders over $75 will ship for free! Orders will ship out within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays, unless stated otherwise and should arrive to you within 2-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We currently only ship within the continental U.S. We are working to be able to offer international shipping soon.
